Ossian woman arrested on multiple charges

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 38-year-old Melinda Hemesath of Ossian was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail at 1:40 on Christmas morning for aggravated misdemeanor 2nd offense operating while under the influence. Hemesath was also cited for driving on the wrong side of the road and driving with a suspended license.
