Decorah man arrested for OWI

The Decorah Police Department conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of East Main and Washington Street on at 11:30 on Tuesday night. After further investigation, 23-year-old Keaton Meyer of Decorah was arrested for Operating White Intoxicated and was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
