Here's what you need to know about Tuesday's City of Decorah 5th Ward Special Election

There's still time to cast an absentee ballot for Tuesday's special election for the Decorah Ward 5 vacancy.  The Winneshiek County Auditor's Office will be open until 4:00 Monday afternoon for absentee balloting.
 
On Tuesday, polls will open at 7:00 a.m. on the first floor of the Courthouse.  In-person voting will continue until 8:00 p.m.
 
Tuesday's election will determine whether Tim Felton or Steven Zittergruen is named the 5th Ward Decorah City council member.
