Decorah woman named 2020 Medicare Supplement Producer of the Year.

Iowa Bankers Insurance and Services, Inc. is recognizing Peggy Lensing from Group Benefit Partners in Decorah as its 2020 Medicare Supplement Producer of the Year.

The award from Iowa Bankers Insurance says in part, "Peggy consistently strives to not only meet the needs of her clients when guiding them through the process of selecting the proper insurance plan to meet their needs, she takes things a few steps further and treats her clients as family to ensure they are making the most of their insurance investment."

Peggy Lensing is a Northeast Iowa native who graduated with honors from Buena Vista University with BAs in Accounting and Finance. She started working at Midwest Group Benefits as a Benefits Consultant in November of 2014. She assists clients with group, individual, and Medicare supplement plans and general customer service questions.

Peggy lives in Decorah with her husband Chuck and their three children Brelynn, Zachary, and Bryce. She also spends time volunteering with the Catholic Daughters, making quilts for donation.
