


Winneshiek Medical Center had another good financial performance in October. Figures released Wednesday show net patient revenue of $6.1 million. Financial year-to-date figures since July 1st show net revenues of $23.8 million--6.8 percent or $1.5 million higher than last year at this time.
Said Winneshiek Medical Center Board of Trustees President Rick Burras, "It looks a lot better than we were talking about back in April and May."
After four months, the year-to-date operating gain for the medical center is $1,244,616. When non-operating revenues of $408,642 are added, the net gain since July 1st for WMC is $1,653,258.
