Decorah woman convicted of shoplifting from Walmart, returns to Walmart and faces a new charge

Decorah Police were called to Walmart on Friday after 50-year-old Dawn Miller of Decorah was spotted by a Walmart employee.  Miller had pleaded guilty in September of 2019 to a shoplifting charge involving Walmart.  Friday police ticketed her for First Offense Trespassing.

Police also learned there was a warrant out for Miller's arrest for failing to appear at the police station for fingerprinting after her shoplifting conviction.
