Letter to the editor: "Michael Bergan has provided fair and fiscally responsible representation for Northeast Iowa and deserves re-election"

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by David Amdahl of Decorah):

"With regard to Rob Sand's letter against State Representative Michael Bergan:  There was no fair and reasonable reason to count twenty-nine late ballots in the last election unless one was willing to substitute a lawyer's opinion for law.  That was something the court was unwilling to do.

Mr. Bergan has provided fair and fiscally responsible representation for Northeast Iowa and deserves re-election."
