Letter to the Editor: The results of the vote on a new Decorah City Council member was predictable.

"The outcome of Monday night's Decorah City Council meeting was predictable, wasn't it?  And the vote was nearly as predictable.  The Ward 5 Council position is now filled.  Just another day in The People's Republic of Decorah."
