Child endangerment charges filed against a St. Lucas man

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says a St. Lucas man has been given a summons to appear in court on a charge of aggravated misdemeanor child endangerment.

Sheriff's Deputies investigated an incident that occurred in Festina in the early hours of September 19th .  After completing their investigation, Sheriff's Deputies have issued a summons to 28-year-old Brayton Boyer on an aggravated misdemeanor charge of child endangerment.
