HSNEI announces the winner of its e-bike raffle

The Humane Society of Northeast Iowa (HSNEI) has announced a winner of itsTails & Treasures raffle. Paula Gutzmer won the Vale Go! 9D EQ bike valued at $3,299 and donated by Decorah Bicycles.

378 raffle tickets were sold, raising $3,780 for HSNEI's work with animals.
