The Decorah Public Library remains closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic but has been offering curbside pickup of reserved library books for the past month. Library Director Kristin Torresdal says the service has been a success.
"We've had a great response and happy patrons," she told Decorah Library Board members this week.
Adding to the popularity has been a new service offered by Children's Librarian Rachel Button, who has been giving recommendations to parents about books she thinks their children will enjoy reading.
