Decorah man arrested for public intoxication

Early Sunday morning at 2:39 a.m., 29-year-old Riley Kelty of Decorah was arrested for public intoxication and taken into custody.

After a search was conducted at the jail, a prescription drug was recovered from Kelty's pocket. Kelty was then charged with unlawful possession of prescription drugs in addition to public intoxication.
