Two men transported to the Winneshiek County Jail

Late Tuesday morning, 19-year-old Christian Krambeer of Decorah was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail from the West Union Residential Facility on a Violation of Probation Arrest Warrant on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief
 
Early Wednesday morning, 36-year-old Roberto Vargas Torres of Postville was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail from the Blackhawk County Jail on a Violation of Probation Arrest Warrant for a conviction on a charge of driving while barred.
