Decorah Bank's lobby is now open

Decorah Bank's lobby reopens today with some new protocols in place.

Walk-ins are reserved for teller services only. Appointments are necessary to meet with a banker or to access a safe deposit box.

Bank access is available only through the North doors next to the parking lot at the Decorah location and through the front doors at the Cresco location.

Customers are encouraged to wear masks. A staff member will be at the entrance and may ask customers to lower their mask briefly for identification purposes.

Online and digital banking options, ATMs, and drive-ups will continue to be available.
