Two people transported to the Winneshiek County Jail

On Wednesday at noon, 33-year-old Rikki Folsom of Decorah was transported from the West Union Residential Facility to the Winneshiek County Jail on a violation of probation arrest warrant.

Later that day at 8:00 p.m., 54-year-old Danny Huffman of West Union was transported from the Allamakee County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail on a violation of probation arrest warrant.
