Decorah man enters "innocent" plea to five counts of having child porn

68-year-old James Schell of Decorah has pleaded "not guilty" to five counts of Possession of a Depiction of a Minor in a Sex Act.  Schell's plea was entered into Winneshiek County Court on Friday.

Bond in the case has been set at $5,000.

Schell was taken into custody last Wednesday on the five charges following an investigation which included the serving of a search warrant on Schell in April.
