PHOTOS OF THE DAY: Memorials to George Floyd and other victims of police violence have been put up around Decorah

A group of Decorah residents over the weekend put up memorials to honor not only George Floyd but also other people of color who have died while being taken into police custody.

The main tributes were put up at Water Street Park and Phelps Park, with others tributes at locations like Dunnings Spring, Trout Run Trail, and the Decorah Fish Hatchery.
