Statewide, 197,969 Iowans have been tested for COVID-19.

More Iowans are getting tested each month as testing becomes more available.

In March, only 10,714 people were tested with 760 positive tests and a 7.1% positivity rate. In April, 53,886 people were tested with 9,598 positive tests and a 17.8% positivity rate. In May, 124,949 people were tested with 11,210 positive tests and a 9.0% positivity rate.
