Elgin man arrested in Winneshiek County

An Elgin, Iowa, man—27-year-old Steven Nesbitt—was taken into custody Friday night around 11:30 p.m. by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies. Nesbitt was arrested on a charge of driving while barred. He also had an arrest warrant for assault out of Olmsted county, Minnesota.

Nesbitt was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
