Four of the latest recipients of Quilts of Valor have law enforcement backgrounds

The Quilts of Valor program has recently given quilts to a number of county residents, including four with law enforcement backgrounds.

Winneshiek County Deputy/Detective Mike Foland, Decorah Assistant Police Chief Brent Parker, retired Decorah Police Officer Mike Spurgeon and retired Winneshiek County Deputy Garth Narum have all received Quilts of Valor.
