Scholarships are available to Winneshiek County 4-H members

Winneshiek County Extension and Outreach is offering scholarships to youth involved with the Winneshiek County 4-H program.

The recipient must be a current member of a Winneshiek County 4-H Club. Applicants are asked to submit an essay reflecting on their 4-H experience. Recipients will be recognized at the 2020 Winneshiek County Fair prior to the Livestock Auction on Saturday, July 18th.
