West Union man brought to Decorah on a warrant

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies traveled to West Union on Monday to pick up a 22-year-old West Union man, Derek Factor, on an arrest warrant for failure to serve jail time in Winneshiek County.

Factor was transported from the Fayette County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail, where he remains in custody.
