Decorah Police are looking for a hit and run driver

Decorah Police are looking for the driver of a white truck which might have been involved in a hit and run accident around 8:15 Wednesday morning near the circle drive in front of Luther College's Regents Center.

The owner of an SUV told police she had parked her vehicle around 7:30 Wednesday morning and went inside the Regents Center.  When she returned shortly after 8:00, she saw that her SUV had been struck.  She told police there was a white truck parked in back of her when she went into the Regents Center and when she returned, the truck was no longer there.

The accident caused $3,000 in damages.
