Ask The Answer Person: "What is the 'Ethics Hotline' mentioned in your Luther College story?"

Jim asks, "You mentioned an 'Ethics Hotline' in your story about the Luther Student Achievement Success Center.  What is that?"
 
The Answer Person says: "The Luther website describes the Ethics Hotline as 'an off-campus, confidential service.'  The hotline can be used by faculty, staff or students.  They phone the toll-free number in order to report workplace behavior or anything connected to the college that they believe violates Luther's 'Policy of Professional Conduct.'

The college says it assures employees 'that there will never be any retaliation against any individual for responsibly reporting a workplace related concern.'"
