The photography of Decorah resident Elisabeth Fondell is on exhibit at Impact Coffee at 101 West Water Street in Decorah through the month of December.
The exhibit is a collection of photographs and essays depicting Fondell's experiences with food. Fondell says, "Food is life, sustenance, and story. Food brings people together onto common ground, both as a basic human need and as a vehicle for sharing, communing, and feasting. There is a human element in food that broadens perspectives, rejuvenates amidst pain, and unites regardless of borders."
