


A date has been set for the sentencing of 19-year-old Dalton Adam of Prairie Du Chien on his conviction on a charge of voluntary manslaughter in the death of David Hansen.
Judge Richard Stochl has scheduled a sentencing hearing for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 26th at the Winneshiek County Courthouse. The judge has also ordered a presentence investigation in the case.
A jury of seven men and five women on Monday returned a verdict finding Adam guilty of voluntary manslaughter. Prosecutors had charged Adam with first degree murder.
