Waukon woman charged with OWI

According to the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department, on Saturday afternoon 58-year-old Kathryn Gaffney Warden of Waukon was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence 2nd offense.
