Waukon teenager cited for failure to maintain control of her vehicle

According to the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department, 16-year-old Kylie Colsch of Waukon was traveling east bound on Highway 24 and lost control of her vehicle.

Colsch entered the north ditch, hit a cement culvert which caused the vehicle to roll over.

No ambulance transport was needed.

Colsch was cited for failure to maintain control.
