Pilates classes will be offered through the Decorah Public Library

The Decorah Public Library will be offering introductory Pilates classes this fall through Decorah resident Shauna Menke.

Women with children 18 months to 3 years of age are invited to come out for a Pilates class this Thursday and on October 24th, November 7th, and November 21st.

Children in 1st through 4th grades are invited to join Shauna for Curious Kids: Move It! on Wednesday afternoons (October 30th – November 20th).

Shauna will also lead a November 18th CONNECT event for middle school-aged girls in 5th through 8th grades. Pop-in to learn basic pilates movements and explore new ways to move your body.
