Davenport man arrested for OWI and Calmar man arrested for public intoxication

On Saturday at 12:47 a.m. on Highway 52 in Calmar, 29-year-old Kody Smith of Davenport and 31-year-old Robie Shindelar of Calmar were arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail. Smith was arrested for operating while under the influence, and Shindelar was arrested for public intoxication.
