


The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two drivers were involved in a collision on Saturday afternoon in Hesper.
75-year-old Curtis Lippe of Decorah pulled out in front of 19-year-old Austin Hill at an uncontrolled T intersection at 370th Street and 173rd Avenue. Hill struck Lippe, causing a total of $8,000 of damage to the vehicles. No ambulance transport was needed. Lippe was cited for failure to yield upon entering through a highway.
