


The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two individuals have been charged from an incident in June.
A search warrant was conducted at an apartment in Fort Atkinson on June 27th, 2019. Items were seized and sent to the DCI lab for chemical testing. Lab results indicated a white powder removed from the apartment was methamphetamine. 25-year-old Mesadie Rehorst of Fort Atkinson and 30-year-old Jason Baumgartner of Postville have been charged with aggravated misdemeanor possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) 2nd Offense.
