Veteran services seminar will be held Thursday in Decorah

The IowaWORKS office at 312 Winnebago Street in Decorah will hold a veterans services seminar from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

The free seminar will discuss the employment services available to veterans and the difference between veteran preference and veteran priority of service.

A representative from the Winneshiek  County Veterans Affairs will also be present with information on county, state and federal veteran benefits.

All veterans and their family members are welcome to attend.
