Decorah resident arrested for public intoxication

Decorah Police say one of their officers stopped a man on East Main Street near John Street Saturday morning shortly before 8:00.

41-year-old Jody Duane Shipp was found to be intoxicated, according to police.  Shipp was placed under arrest, charged with public intoxication and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
