Crews from Finholt Construction in Decorah were high above Decorah on Friday morning.� Workers were installing a new window system on the cupola of the Winneshiek County Courthouse.

The work is being done because of water leakage into the third floor courtroom at the Courthouse.� Another part of the project is installing a new set of stairs created by Wiltgen Manufacturing that will give access to the clock in the Courthouse tower.

The work is the latest project in a several year effort to maintain the historic Winneshiek County Courthouse.
