Traffic stop leads to drug charges for Decorah man

A Decorah man has been charged with Possession of Marijuana.
Shortly after 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Decorah police officers made a traffic stop on Pole Line Road in Decorah. As a result of the stop, 19-year-old David Steine of Decorah was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance - Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
