EARL Public Transit's dispatch manager honored

The National Community Transportation Association of America has recognized Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation's Transit Dispatch Manager.

Natasha Wilkes has just completed a one-year program run by NCTAA to teach management and leadership skills within the transit industry.

Wilkes manages the scheduling and dispatch staff and functions for NEICAC's EARL Public Transit.
