Waukon man ticketed following accident

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says a Waukon man, 31-year-old Joshua Burrett, lost control of his vehicle Saturday afternoon around 2:45 when he was driving on County Road W-42.

Burrett's vehicle entered the west ditch and struck an embankment and gate. He was not injured. Burrett was charged with No Proof of Current Insurance.
