Dug Road Trail has reopened

The Decorah Park-Rec Department has reopened the west end of Dug Road to through traffic. 

Rains had washed away part of the trail near the west end, leading Park-Rec to put up fences.  The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) authorized repairs and said it would cover the costs.

The trail was able to reopen over the past weekend.
