Decorah man charged with assault

The Decorah Police Department reports 22-year-old Michael Suarez of Decorah was charged with assault from an incident that occurred in May.
The report states Andrew Hovden of Decorah was the victim of an unprovoked assault in the Corner Bar at 2:21 p.m. on May 10th. Suarez was subequently charged with the assault.
