Decorah native recognized for her work with renewable energy

The American Conservation Coalition has named Decorah native Erica Bjelland one of the winners of its "30 Under 30" recognition list.

Erica has worked for the past three years as a program development specialist for the Rural Renewable Energy Alliance. 

The 30 individuals recognized for their outstanding work on environmental issues include innovators in industries ranging from conservation to clean energy to academia, and include individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Erica will be participating in a day of panels and events at EarthX 2019 in Dallas, Texas.
