City of Decorah Yard Waste Disposal Site is now open

The City of Decorah's Yard Waste Disposal Site on Trout Run Road is now open for the season.

Hours of operation are 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and 8:00 a.m. until noon Saturdays.

The Yard Waste Site accepts yard waste only from properties within the Decorah city limits.  The yard waste must be hauled to the site by city residents, who sign in on arrival.

Leaves and other yard waste are NOT being picked up from city streets at this time.
