Two men transported to the Winneshiek County Jail in separate incidents

29-year-old Heaven Valdez of Elma was arrested in Cresco Wednesday morning by the Howard County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for failure to serve jail time. Valdez was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
19-year-old Eulices Galicia Bautista of Postville was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Thursday by the Postville Police Department on a parole violation warrant. Galicia Bautista was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
