Winneshiek County's "Post Election Audit" shows 100% accuracy

Winneshiek County has held a "Post Election Audit." This is a new test that was implemented this year to verify voting machine accuracy and boost voter confidence.

One precinct was randomly selected (Precinct 5, which voted at Good Shepherd Church).  All ballots were counted by hand. The hand count matched the machine count from Election Day with 100 percent accuracy.  Results were forwarded to the Iowa Secretary of State's Office.
