Calmar man taken into custody on multiple charges

A Calmar man has been taken into custody by the Decorah Police Department.

Police say they received a report October 12th about allegedly inappropriate contact by an adult male with a child.  That started an investigation which led to warrants being issued for 39-year-old Bill Jo Cyril Frana of Calmar on charges of Indecent Contact with a Child, Simple Harassment and Simple Assault.  Those warrants were served on Frana.  He has been taken into custody and brought to the Winneshiek County Jail.
