The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Officers make three separate arrests over the weekend

On Friday shortly before midnight, 62-year-old Edward Pohlmann of Madison. WI was arrested on Ridge Road in Decorah for possession of a controlled substance - marijuana. Pohlman was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
On Sunday at 1:00 p.m., 32-year-old Amanda Wright of Waukon was arrested in the Allamakee County Jail on a warrant for failure to serve jail time. Wright was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
On Sunday afternoon around 2:00, 44-year-old Troy Storla of Castalia was arrested on Centennial Road in Frankville. He was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence – 3rd offense.
