"Not guilty" pleas entered by two Decorah area men accused of attempted murder

18-year-old Dalton Adam and 17-year-old Jacob Seelinger, both of Decorah, have now each been arraigned on one count of attempted murder and one count of causing willful injury.

The charges were filed following an alleged assault on 46-year-old David Hansen of Freeport at his home on July 12th.  Both Adam and Seelinger are being held in the Winneshiek County Jail.

A trial for Seelinger has been scheduled for December 12th, with a pretrial conference on November 20th.  A trial for Adam has been scheduled for September 26th at 9:00 a.m., with a pretrial conference on September 4th.
