New Hampton woman charged for shoplifting at Wal-Mart

The Decorah Police Department reports officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart on Friday afternoon on a report of a shoplifting incident. Police later charged 59-year-old Kathleen Hanson of New Hampton with Theft in the 4th degree. Hanson was cited and released.
