Decorah High School senior Emily Franzen receives "Best of Class" recognition

A Decorah High School student has been recognized by the University of Iowa and KWWL-TV.
Emily Franzen has been selected as part of the 34th annual "Best of the Class." The program honors valedictorians or top graduating high school seniors in Northeast Iowa.
