Mobile Mamma, a recently formed nonprofit organization, will be holding a free introductory briefing for the Decorah community on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Oneota Community Coop. Mobile Mamma's founder and executive director Christy Teslow will introduce the organization and its mission to educate adults on the the latest technology dangers and trends, and how we can stay ahead of them to keep our kids safe.

The organization was founded by a group of mothers in Cresco who shared the same concern: what can we do protect our kids from the dangers that lurk with cell phones and technology? Mobile Mamma has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 2017. Teslow says, "We have developed a curriculum that is always changing based on the latest trends and advances. We use statistics, video clips, and hands-on training to educate adults and help them stay one step ahead of the kids in order to keep them safe."
